Boos and Bobbleheads

What was originally an attempt at an Eric Idle caricature inspired me to parody the logo of this Mexican food restaurant we keep passing by whenever we drive through downtown LA (for the life of me, I can't remember its name).
See, the logo has this stereotypical little Mexican boy holding a taco. He's got this vacant, dopey expression on his face and is supposedly chewing a bite of his delicioso taco. The whole trouble is that he's merely got his mouth open with wiggle lines to the sides of his plump cheeks. I swear, that is NOT the proper way to indicate chewing! The way they've drawn it, it just looks like he's moving his jaw up and down excitedly or wiggling his head.
It's real simple: draw his mouth closed, and put a bulge in his cheek next to his smiling lips on one side. It's the way every other cartoonist on the planet has done it... and it resembles how real people chew! Ugh...

As for the Boos, I was experimenting as to how they might express themselves, beyond what we've seen in official art and game graphics.
