RULES:
1. You must post these rules
2. Each person must post 11 things about themselves in their journal.

4. You have to choose 8 people to tag and post their icons on your journal.
5. Go to their page and tell them you have tagged him/her.
6. No tag backs.
7. No stuff in the tagging section about "you are tagged if you are reading this." You legitimately have to tag 8 people.
1. One day our family plans to have a Route 66 road trip, stopping by Memphis to visit Elvis-related locations along the way.
2. I hope to have a pet raccoon one day.
3. I can't stand sad endings and/or depressing stories. They're one of the most colossal wastes of anyone's time, and fail to make the world any better.
4. One of our many interests is vintage rock 'n' roll from other countries, such as Germany and the Soviet Union.
5. I have some anger issues, and have to relieve them now and then, like taking it out on a pillow.
6. I think Tolkien style elves are severely overrated and boring.
7. Unlike other artists, I don't learn forms or styles by rote or close scrutiny- I learn almost everything by osmosis.
8. I believe that animals have souls and join us in heaven. What kind of sucky paradise deprives you of the things you love most?
9. I believe that every style of music is valid, because within every person lies the emotion the music evokes, and we have yet to express every single one.
10. I think humor falls flat (or becomes very confusing and/or disturbing) when the person making the humor doesn't know why it's funny.
11. If I could laugh in the face of my enemies when I become successful in art, I would.
Questions I was asked:
1. If your personality determined your nationality, which country would you be from?
Possibly German, Dutch, or Swedish. I like the cold, I like meat and potatoes, I like American cartoons better than the average American, and I have a slightly dark sense of humor.
2. What is your favorite Disney movie and why?
Pinocchio. There is without a doubt no other animated film that can bring tears to my eyes and fill me with awe and hope as that one does. That, and I love the backgrounds and animation.
Equally inspiring is Who Framed Roger Rabbit?. It inspires just about everything we do.
3. You won the chance to spend the entire day with your favorite "fictional" character! Who do you choose and what do the two of you do together?
Although I can't pick one favorite, I'd say Mickey. Not only does he represent everything Walt believed, he has cool adventures. (If we could get Mortimer in there too, that'd be neat.)
4. What words or phrases do you hate the most? Which are your favorite to say?
I abhor just about every time a word or phrase is misused as something hateful. As for favorites, I guess I mainly like using very colorful ones, like in Lewis Carroll or Shakespeare.
5. You fell into a vat of radioactive waste and survived! What are your new superpowers?
Fatal hilarity: Super-strength and transformation; Criswell: Telepathy, to say things to people that need to be said without getting into trouble.
6. Zombies or unicorns?
Unicorns. Zombies are boring.
7. What would you do if you won a huge sum of money?
Buy a big fancy house and all the gadgetry we need for making art.
8. How long would you survive the Hunger Games?
Probably not at all, since I know next to nothing about it.
9. What kind of movie would you want to star in?
Cartoons or camp horror.
10. The aliens are invading, and your only ally is the last person you spoke to in person! How screwed are you?
My brother, so we're good.
11. What kind of movie would you want to star in?
Derp!
Aaaaaannnd... we still don't know eight people. I don't think there's much point in making new questions 'cause of that.

In need of support
I know I said I'd be leaving deviantArt, but I recently received word that my dad will be retiring from teaching in July due to various circumstances, which means he won't be contributing to the rent- so I'm desperate. He's been supporting all of us, mainly because my mom can't work, and we've never once been able to find any sort of employment, despite our best efforts. My only source of income is music streaming revenue, someone occasionally buying one of my fonts, and the extremely rare art commission. Put it all together, and it only amounts to roughly $100 a year, if even that. It's hardly enough to live on. So what I'm saying is, please, anyone reading this: commission me, buy my fonts, stream my music, donate to my Ko-Fi, ANYTHING. I have no clue if I'll be able to get a job by July, so literally anything will help. If you can't send money, spread links to my accounts wherever you can, get my work out there so people can see it. I've been wallowing in obscurity for too long
Definitely moving to Newgrounds
Well, it's here. Unless the staff gives us the option to switch back to the old layout, I'm outta here for good. This new layout is so ugly, I don't even want to try and get used to it. From what I've read, it's also severely lacking in features that we had before, so what's point? UPDATE: You know what I think I hate the most? Those things at the bottom of journals that said "eating", "drinking", "reading", and "watching". I really enjoyed doing those, 'cause they gave context to what I wrote and reminded me of what I was doing at the time. I was hoping those would stay there forever, as a document of my artistic life. But now they're just gone. UPDATE 2: oh my god they still haven't fixed the download glitch Anyway, for old watchers and anyone new stumbling onto my gallery for the first time, you can still contact me for commissions or whatever. I'll also still check on dA every now and then, just in case there's something I need to reply to. My Newgrounds gallery is already set up
Possibly moving to Newgrounds
I just got my first real taste of the new deviantArt layout, and oh my god it's terrible. Everything's enormous and overly round and unfriendly-looking.
I don't think I could stand using this site as my main gallery anymore if I'm forced to use the new look permanently. So I'm considering posting my work to Newgrounds instead if and when that happens. I'm already thinking it would be a good idea to post stuff there anyway. Don't worry though, I will never delete my gallery or anything I've uploaded. There's too many nice comments that I'd hate to see go away.
So yeah, the new dA layout sucks.
Light in the Woods, a NITW fangame
https://twitter.com/LiitwDev
I'm currently writing some of the music for this game, which is in the early stages of development. It's a dating sim/visual novel based on Night in the Woods, with fantastic artwork and writing.
UPDATE: I'm actually writing some of the script and contributing artwork now!
